Activities Types
Activity Types provides the capability to override the default Maximum Number of Attempts to process an Activity to a Network Resources in TBS
The current system default is 5 attempts, and the current system maximum is 20 attempts. The maximum attempts cannot be overridden.

Activity Types can be viewed and managed by users with Administrative rights.
From the Main Menu select Admin and then Administrative Menu (New).
Then select the Activities -> Activity Types from the Tree menu on the left side of the page
Simply select the Activity Type from the drop down list and enter the number of Max Attempts for processing.
